Well, officially it's the last week of winter. It's been a completely lovely winter in my world but I do love spring. To celebrate winter one last time in my household it seems B and I are a mixture of sniffly noses, coughs and queasy stomachs. So bring on the spring!
As soon as I muster up the energy I'll be purging the apartment of "stuff" that can be given away. I'm temporarily motivated to get some flowers or plants for the balcony. I'm daydreaming of a nap in the warm sun outside the library. Or maybe I'm just daydreaming of a nap anywhere...
How are you preparing for spring?
You know, it's funny... I wondered why I suddenly felt the need to completely gut and reorganize my office space this past Saturday. Now I know!

Sorry ya'l feel crummy! We've been in the same boat, my little one just got over some virus and I still feel like a million ecoli covered bucks.
ReplyDeleteWe sprayed the grass a lovely shade of aquamarine yesterday, a sure sign that spring is coming when you bring out the Round Up.
I pulled weeds today to get ready for some pretty flowers. Not sure what to add, just know I am ready for some color!! :)

ReplyDeleteYuck, I hope you feel better soon. I hate colds! The sun will definitely help. I'm day dreaming of sunbathing poolside at Match's parents' house. I also did a bunch of spring cleaning last week. This weekend I'm going to attempt gardening. We'll see, I tend to forget things like watering. ;-)

ReplyDeleteI haven't decided to do a garden or not this year. Hubby and I travel all over the place, and are never sure if we can find someone to tend to it. So, for now, I happily watch my daffodils grow.
