I also have an appointment with a Perinatalogist (sp?) who will look at my diet as well.<br /><br />So after a second and third opinion I will be adjusting my diet. I've also decided to start adding other whole grain carbs into my diet to gain some variety from the dreaded half-sandwich. Anything that is extreme is not healthy. And sushi and cake and alcohol and all the fun fun fun stuff. <br /><br />p.s. I love oatmeal. But I'm really picky about it. The steel cut Irish oats from Trader Joes are my favorite. Thats the kind they use at Jamba Juice (which is actually my favorite oatmeal ever. I miss working there and getting it for a buck). They add soy milk to it but it's good without it too. <br /><br />I found some new books for Peanut too!
