I wish you all a Happy and Safe 4th of July!
We are going down to the Huntington Beach parade followed by a BBQ! I'm sure I'll have posts from it over the next day or so. Until then I'll leave you with this....
This, my friends, is the most fantastic peanut butter pie. Check out the recipe done by the infamous
Pioneer Woman. This will be part of our July 4th Festivities.
Ree (or any other pioneer reader). if you see this please ignore the pie tin and the seemingly store bought oreo cookie crust. Considering how easy the recipe is... I would never just buy an oreo crust. Nope. Not me.
Thanks for dropping by my blog. The pie looks delish!
ReplyDeleteThat pie is making me drool--store bought crust or not!
ReplyDeleteOh, yum. That looks great! It's late, but a happy, happy Fourth to you and yours.
ReplyDeleteHuntington Beach. In South Carolina? That's where I am. Well, in SC. But not near the beach. I've heard good things aobut HB.
ReplyDeleteThat pie looks yummy. I've seen it on PW's site before. I don't have a problem eating store bought crust. Is there any left? No? Oh well, guess I'mm gonna have to make my own.
Thanks for stopping by!!
Okay, never mind the SC questions. I read further and see that you are in California. Duh!
ReplyDeleteYumm-o, with the peanut butter cups on top, you can't beat it. Darn it, it' s not even noon yet, and I want pie. There goes my diet.
ReplyDeletelol You are funny!!!
ReplyDeleteThat pie looks even better to me here then it did at PW's site... hope you had a great weekend!
God bless-
Amanda
I, too, would never buy a storebought crust, never ever. Because P-Dub would be shocked. SHOCKED. (Yeah right!)
